One of the best ways to start the ball rolling on your business’s Facebook page is to invite anyone you know to follow your page and share the content. This could include friends or family members, employees, and existing customers.

You can invite all the people connected to your page to follow your company page (you can choose particular people from your friend list as well).

An effective way to increase your number of followers on Facebook is to join an online community. You can achieve this by joining relevant groups in your industry. For example, if you are an accounting firm, you can look up relevant groups and join them.
You can participate in discussions and even start conversations on your own. The more you participate, the more people will be aware of you and visit your profile to learn more.
